Assessment Criteria: Casework Co-ordinator

The suitability of any candidate will be assessed by reference to the job description. Specifically, the criteria outlined below will be assessed by the panel:

Criteria 1, 2, 3 and 4 will be tested by way of three practical tests. For criterion 1 applicants will be asked to amend an electronic draft document by using the review track changes function in Microsoft Word. For criteria 2 and 3, applicants will be asked to make electronic corrections to errors of typing, grammar, margins, spacing, and font. For criterion 4 applicants will be asked to input data into a Microsoft word table.

All criteria may be tested at interview by way of follow up questions.
