Write  down  the  words  you  would  say  if  you  needed  to  order  food,  and  your  parents  weren’t  with  you  to  check  if  it’s  okay.  

Session  2   4  

Pretend  you  are  going  on  a  sleepover,  what  will  you  pack  in  your  backpack?  

 

Session  3   5  

Draw  a  picture  of  a  time  you  felt  uncomfortable  in  a  situation  with  friends  because  of  food.  

Session  4   6  

Create  a  collage  of  all  of  your  favourite  hobbies  and  activities.    

 

Session  5   7  

Pretend  you’re  a  scientist  and  invent  the  coolest  product  to  help  people  with  food  allergies.  

Session  6   8  

Brainstorm  all  the  words  that  come  to  mind  with  food  allergies.   Session  7   9  

Write  a  note  of  congratulations  to  a  participant  of  our  Level  1  Allergy  Pals.  What  advice  can  you  share  with  them  after  all  of  the  advice  and  friendship  you’ve  received  since  then?
