GMSThe Grant Management System (GMS) is a web-based platformthat supports the grant management of the entire grant life cycle forall Country-Based Pooled Funds (CBPFs). It is a mandatory tool forCBPFs and a fundamental management instrument for OCHA’sfund managers.

Organization Registration

▪ To be done offline:▪ Contact the HFU to request registration ▪ Via e-mail

▪ Provide HFU with the following information:▪ Registration certificate (name ▪ Bank statement▪ Organization details (Acronym, address, phone number,

contact person, FTS Code)

Note: the name of the organization in the Registration certificate and the Bank statement must match the organization’s name in GMS

User Registration1. To register as a new user go to OCHA CBPF Grant Management System (GMS) https://cbpf.unocha.org, select your country fund and click on the [LOGIN] button

User Registration2. You will now be redirected to the Login page for the CBPF Grant Management System.

On click of the [Continue] button, the user will be redirected to the Humanitarian ID authentication page.

User Registration – Humanitarian ID

1. As a new user, you will need to create your Humanitarian ID account.

Note: If you are alreadyregistered under HumanitarianID please use the same Emailand Password and skip to thenext step

User Registration3. You will receive an email to confirm the new account. Note: HID confirmation link only valid for 7 days.

4. Upon first registration only, HID will as to confirm access to GMS. Click ‘Allow’.

User Group Registration1. Once you have clicked allow to approve your registration, the Edit Profile page is displayed

Enter details and click on[Submit Registration]
