• Formed in 1999 • Consisting of 4 member (current) M.Shaddows,

Zacky Vengeance, Synyster Gates, Johnny Christ• AX7 has released 6 studio albums and 18 singles

and have sold over more than 3 million albums in the US.

Conventions

• Follows the common conventions of a rock/ metal music video which is showing the instruments and the band members on a stage performing their song.

• Shows each member of the band equally• The band changes costumes within this music video

which goes against the common convention of rock and is more like pop.

• Each member has its own look – elements of boybands

Performance/Concept

• This music video is mostly performance based, in most of the music video we see the band members performing the song however there are some random scenes which relate to the song, such as the scenes which appear to be in the ‘afterlife’
