Administrative Assistant - Provides administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Director, which may include special projects, office work flow, appointments, correspondence, record keeping, and filing. Research Assistant - Assists in various research activities, including library work, surveys, focus groups, data integration, and analysis. Strong research skills are critical. A person who enjoys scholarly or scientific investigation and takes responsibility in meeting deadlines and making progress without direct supervision will do well in this position. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also desired. 4 to 8 hours a month.

Groundskeeper - Cares for the outdoor areas surrounding the facility in order to create a welcoming, energy-filled environment. A green thumb is critical. A person who enjoys the outdoors and gardening will do well in this position. Knowledge of earth-friendly gardening techniques are also desired. 2 to 4 hours per month.

Housekeeper - Performs any number of cleaning duties to create and maintain a warm, friendly environment for our guests. Self-motivation, dependability, and great attention to detail are critical. Web site Administrator - Implements web pages, maintains content and oversees day-to-day management of OutCentral’s web site, and assures quality and filing integrity of web pages. Strong web design skills and a thorough knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques are critical. A person who has excellent communication skills and attention to detail will do well in this position. Marketing experience is also desired. 4 to 8 hours per month.

Volunteer Recruiter - Reviews applications, interviews, and checks references to fill open volunteer staff positions. Excellent communication and discernment skills are critical. A person who enjoys working with a wide variety of individuals to find them a meaningful way to serve the community will do well in this position.
