Objectives
• To promote public-private engagement in the health sector• To build knowledge and understanding on the roles of Government, NGOs and
Private sector in the health system• To enhance collaboration in the health field and improve the general health
delivery services• To promote and raise awareness on new updates in research findings and new
technology that can improve the lives of Tanzanians• To enhance learning and facilitate networking between all participants• To provide and facilitate health information dissemination to the public, especially
the rural communities, with the utilization of such information.• To encourage and promote health research in the country. • To implement and promote projects related to health system for the welfare of
people and for the economic development.• To promote technological transfer in the fields requiring special consultation.
The main objective of the institution is to improve the health system in Tanzania by advocating on better health practices and implementing projects related to healthcare
