Multi-tier security• User Access is controlled on the basis of User Permissions.• There are different levels of user : Super Admin > Admins > Users• All users are controlled by Super Administrator who has the rights to

grant permissions.

In case of multiple branch Institutes,• The Head Office Super Admin, can make Admin or Users for

branches.• A Branch Admin or User can work and access data only from their

branch. The Head Office Admins can access data and work in all branches.

• Students & Faculties can access features and documents which are relevant to their course or class group only.

Multi-tier security• User Access is controlled on the basis of User Permissions.• There are different levels of user : Super Admin > Admins > Users• All users are controlled by Super Administrator who has the rights to

grant permissions.

In case of Lease model,• Data is maintained inTier IV Data Centres which have best available

infrastructure and almost hacking proof. • Auto Backups are done in every 12 Hours.• Previous year’s data can be accessed from Backup server if required.• Data files are accessible to client Super Admin who can download it

when required.

Technical Architecture

Computer & Operating System• A Server running on MS Windows server 2008 with MS SQL 2008/2012 shall

be required.• The software user interface can be run on any popular browser like Internet

Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla FireFox etc.• The Offline modules can be run on PC running on Windows OS.• In case of lease model, the software licenses are managed by us.

Peripherals• ECAS connects to any printer to deliver receipt & report printouts.• ECAS connects with any Web Camera to directly capture student pictures &

upload to the system. There is no need to scan.• ECAS connects with Barcode Reader. It has a standalone utility for marking of

attendance which can be later imported into online database.• Attendence Data generated by Smart Card and Biometric Devices can also be

imported.
