CONTRACT LIMITS, CLEAN AND FULLY 15.
THE PRICE BID FOR VARIOUS ITEMS IN THE CONTRACT.
REQUIRED. THERE SHALL BE NO DIRECT PAYMENT FOR ANY DE-WATERING
SYSTEMS. COST SHALL BE INCLUDED IN
