Open internet explorer ( if you are at home, open your internet browser)

At school: access the star

If you are at home then Google ‘login office 365’

Click on Microsoft Office 365

• Use the same login as you do for the computers (4first4last)• @shgcnp.school.nz

• Password is the same as you use for the school computers

Click on OneDrive

Click on File

Select New FolderMake a new folder – name it appropriately, then open the folder

Select Upload Document

Find your document – and upload

To share a document with others

Put a tick next to the documentSelect SHARE

Enter the email address of the person you wish to share your work with

Click the Share button.Change the Can Edit to Read Only if you do not want the person to be able to change your data.

Remember to sign out at the end
