Exercises designed for improving performance out on the water
Improve balance and core strength Increase muscular endurance
Full Body Workout Upper- Resistance band
paddles- Kettle bell circles
Core- Planks
Lower- Indo Squats- Bosu Ball lunges
Paddles- 10x each arm Bell circles- 5 small 5
large Plank- 1 minute Squats- 10 Lunges- 5 each leg
Repeat workout 3x resting 1 minute in between each cycle
