STEP 1 PLACE THE SINK TEMPLATE ON THE COUNTER IN THE CENTER OF THE SINK BASE CABINET. USE A TAPE MEASURE TO ENSURE THAT THERE IS EQUAL SPACE BETWEEN THE FRONT AND BACK OF THE COUNTER AND THE SIDES OF THE SINK BASE AROUND THE TEMPLATE.

STEP 2CUT A CONVENTIONAL PARTICLEBOARD COUNTER TOP USING A JIGSAW. DRILL A HOLE INSIDE THE TRACED LINE FOR THE SINK 2 INCHES FROM THE EDGE OF THE TRACED LINE WITH A ½-INCH DRILL BIT. (IF THE COUNTER TOP IS MADE OF MATERIAL THAT CANNOT BE CUT WITH A JIGSAW, USE THE APPROPRIATE CUTTING TOOL FOR THE COUNTER TOP MATERIAL.

STEP 3 USING A GOOD QUALITY SILICONE CAULK, APPLY A GENEROUS BEAD OF SILICONE TO THE PERIME-TER OF THE SINK’S RIM.

CUTTING BOARD COUNTERTOP

STEP 4 CAREFULLY PLACE THE SINK UPSIDE DOWN ON THE COUNTERTOP, POSITIONING IT WITHIN THE OUTLINE.

STEP 5ATTACH THE SINK CLIPS BY PLACING THE LONG END OF THE BRACKET FLAT AGAINST THE SINK LIP. SCREW THE WING BOLTS THROUGH THE BRACKETS AND BOLT HOLES AND TIGHTEN SNUGLY.

STEP 6 CAREFULLY TURN THE COUNTERTOP AND ATTACHED SINK OVER.

STEP 7 REMOVE ANY EXCESS SILICONE WITH A CLOTH MOISTENED WITH WATER OR MINERAL SPIRITS. LET SILICONE DRY ACCORDING TO MANUFACTURER’S INSTRUCTIONS.

STEP 3APPLY A SILICONE SEALER AROUND ENTIRE PERIMETER OF OPENING. SET BOWL UNDER OPENING.

1 MEASURE THE SIZE OF THE OPENING SO THAT THE SINK CAN BE INSTALLED.

2MAKE A SUPPORT FRAME ON THE TOP OF THE TABLE, PUT THE SINK ON TOP, AND THEN USE 2X4 SOLID WOOD NAILS TO CREATE THE SUPPORT FRAME. OUR SINK WEIGHS 200LB, AND THE TABLE SHOULD BE STRONG ENOUGH

3APPLY A LAYER OF SEALANT TO THE BRACKET AND CONTACT THE SINK WITH THE SEALANT.

4MAKE SURE THE SINK AND TABLE ARE LEVEL WHEN INSTALLING, AND INSTALL FIRMLY, THE TOP SURFACE OF THE SINK SHOULD BE FLUSH WITH THE TABLE.

5OPEN THE COUNTER TO THE SIZE OF THE SINK.

6CUT OFF THE OPENING ON THE COUNTER, CUT OFF THE OPENING ON THE TOP OF THE COUNTER, AND USE SANDING BLOCKS TO SMOOTH THE SAW MARKS AND SEAL THE EXPOSED SURFACE OF THE CUT

1 ALWAYS USE THE SINK AND KEEP IT DRY AND CLEAN AFTER USE.

2IF THERE IS RUST ON THE SINK, WIPE IT OFF WITH A GENTLE CLOTH WITH VINEGAR AND WARM WATER.

3FOR STUBBORN STAINS, USE A GENTLE CLEANSER AND RUB IT OUT ALONG THE LINES

4DRY THE SINK AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE AFTER USE TO AVOID WATER STAINS.

5DO NOT ALLOW THE SINK TO STORE WATER FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME OR CONTACT WATER CONTAINING HEAVY METALS, DON'T CLOG THE SINK TO AVOID FLOATING RUST.

6PLEASE DO NOT STAIN THE SPONGE, CLOTH, PAD, SOAP AND OTHER LONG-TERM PLACED IN THE SURFACE OF THE SINK, LEST CAUSE THE IRON PRECIPITATE, CAUSES THE FLUME SURFACE TO CHANGE COLOR OR APPEAR THE RUST.

7TRY TO AVOID SHARP, HARD KNIVES AND FORKS, COOKING UTENSILS, UTENSILS AND OTHER IMPACT ON THE SINK, IN ORDER TO PREVENT SCRATCHES OR CONCAVE SINK.

During the use of the sink, please avoid pouring hot water or hot oil into the sink, so as not to affect the drainage system.

FLUME APPEARS RUSTY SPOT, MAY BE CAUSED BY THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

· IN THE PROCESS OF DECORATION ENCOUNTERED ACID, ALKALI AND SALT.

· POOR VENTILATION OF THE HOUSE LEADS TO OXIDATION.
