Price Adjustments

Swimsuitsforall offers customers 15 days to receive a price adjustment on previously purchased items.

If a customer purchases an item within 15 business days of a special sale or promotion they are entitled to the adjusted price.

Exchange Policy

In order for a customer to receive the free shipping on a new exchange order they must enter coupon code: EXSHIP for standard ground shipping.

If the customer is processing an international exchange they should use coupon code: INT50 for ½ of their international shipping.

An exchange CAN be price adjusted

Returns Policy

Returns are processed within 60 days of the ship date

1) They can use our attached return label for store credit or a credit card refund minus a $6.95 return fee

2) They can pay their own shipping cost for credit card refund

All returns by the warehouse will be processed within 48 hours (Mon-Fri).

Late Shipments/Lost Orders

For International orders :1. If the order is under $50 a refund will

automatically be issued

2. If the order is over $50 a refund OR replacement can be issued (representative discretion used/ customer request)

Returning Damaged Items

“All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags and the panty protective strip in tact. No refund or store credit will be issued for products that do not meet this criteria.”

Damaged Product, Quality Issues, or Wrong Item Sent

• Swim Stylist should ALWAYS reship to the customer at no charge.

• Ask customer to send items back using prepaid return label

• Note order saying no refund, return to good stock

Shipping and Returns for International Orders

• International shipping time frame is 10-14 business days and up to 21 business days

• INT50 is for ½ off international exchange shipping

• International orders do not receive a prepaid return label

Store Credits

Store credits offer the customer an additional way to pay for their purchases.

Swimsuitsforall offers 2 types of store credit:

Redemption Code: a code provided to a customer who originally checked out as a guest

Online Store Credit: Credit that was applied to a customer with an already established online account
