Conclusiones de cara a NMBP-2015
Los proyectos y su PLAN de NEGOCIO
• Es necesario hablar en términos de mercado y plan de negocio a lo largo de toda la propuesta;
• El impacto debe incluir un esbozo del Plan de Negocio tanto en RIAscomo en IAs (lean) Canvas
• La trayectoria de explotación de los resultados debe aparecer a lo largo de toda la propuesta y resultar clara
49 (18/11/2014)
• Note that “plan for the dissemination and exploitation” as requested in the
template refers to TWO DIFFERENT PLANS
• Business Plan should include:
• Exploitable results and key applications
• Description of the IPR and exploitation team and their work during the project
• Market potential areas and how to further analyse them
• Business model: identification of main clients, marketing strategy
• Finantial projections: sales forecast, investment needed cumulative funding (synergies
with other funds)
• Commercialitation roadmaps
• Tightly couple your business plan with the implementation part
