Directions for installing Maintenance tool software 1. Type the following into the address bar of the web browser;

4. Scroll down to the Troubleshooting & Service section. Click on “MTools-v5.11” NOTE: v5.11 is used as an example. The version number will change as the software is updated.

6. Click on the arrow next to “save” and select “save as”
7. In the pop up window click on “Desktop”

9. Locate the “setup.zip” file on your desktop and double click.

21. Locate the “Install file” folder on the desktop and double click.

23. After a few moments click “Next”

25. After a few moments, click “Finish”
26. Do not close any windows. The black window will close by itself. This may take a few minutes.

27. After a few moments the black window will close. Look for the Maintenance tool icon on the desktop. You may now close any windows that remain open.
The Maintenance tool program is installed. The program will not run until the drivers are installed. In order to install the drivers onto a laptop, it must be connected to City Multi equipment.
This will be done during class.
