Continued Admission Evaluation Process Improvement and Document Imaging Implementation Document Imaging System - Remaining technical deliverables include:
automation/electronic entry of transfer course data into DARS elimination of debilitating system slowness.
Process improvements and changes to business work flow will likely include: implementation of Banner auto decision process further enhancements/automation of document matching within imaging system streamlined profile creation/cashiering functions changes in strategic planning and prioritization of file processing
Collaboration: Imaging system enhancements requires working closely with IT and vendor to
ensure technology deliverables function as needed and that IT system support is adequate and ongoing.
Streamlining cashiering functions requires re-design work with Business Affairs staff.
Challenges: In an environment with an ever growing number of priority IT projects, it is hard to keep IT focused on delivering solutions and supporting the system.

complete upgrade to U.Achieve; includes a more user-friendly, graphical, online degree audit and decentralized exception entry

Online Graduation Application
Develop an online graduation application solution to improve service to students and reduce staff manual data entry work.
Challenge: The SIS Banner baseline solution does not meet our needs. ARR Banner tech
team must develop a customized workable solution.
Implement Grading Policy for X & M Grade and Develop Grading Policy Tutorial/Webinar
Implementing changes to policy requires: working with IT to modify faculty online grade change feature in Banner self-
service
developing a communication/training program to inform faculty and students of the new policy
communication will include an online tutorial/webinar for faculty that defines and explains the PSU grading system, rules and regulations.
Collaboration: IT, Scholastic Standards Committee, faculty/department partners
Common Online Co-Admission Application
Develop single, common online co-admission application to be shared by PSU and all of its co-admit partners.
Processes will be developed to securely share collected application data with partners.
Collaboration: Co-admit partners will need to adjust their data management processes and support change.
