ZEUS Superior kWWall-mounted boilers with built-in storage tank
1 FEATURES
Wall-mounted, fan assisted sealed chamber for heating and the production of domestic hot water with 60 litre storage tank. Nominal heat output of 24 kW (20,640 kcal/h), 28 kW (24,080 kcal/h) or 31.7 kW (27,250 kcal/h).The boiler classification varies according to the type of installation.OUTDOOR INSTALLATION(in a partially protected area): Appliance with direct air intake - if installed using a relevant exhaust terminal and compulsory upper cover kit option, also eliminating the upper cap of the sealed chamber. C12/ C32 appliance - if installed using the vertical or horizontal concentric kits, without obligation to use the upper covering kit.INDOOR INSTALLATION:Type C12/ C32/ C42/ C52/ C82 appliance - if installed using the vertical or horizontal concentric kits of the separator kits Ø 80/80.The boiler is composed of:• mainmultigas11rampair intakeburner(mod.24kW),13ramps

pipes connected in series inserted into a lamellar battery protected by an anti-corrosive alloy;
• steel plate combustion chamber insulated internallywith ceramicfibres;
• stainless steel plate combustion chamberwith self-adapting fan depending on the extension of fume extraction with fumes flow meter to verify correct operation of the fan and the flue gas/air extraction unit;
• stainlesssteel60litrestoragetank,flangedandinsulatedusingself-extinguishing polystyrene. It is equipped with a stainless steel water-water exchanger wound in double concentric coil and is equipped with a draining valve. Domestic water circuit expansion vessel with 3.5 bar pre-load;
• hydraulicgroupcomposedofanelectric3-wayvalve,anadjustablespeedcirculationpumpwithincorporatedairseparatingdevice,adjustableby-pass, absolute pressure switch for the primary circuit, system draining valve, system filling valve;
• 10litre(real7.1)systemexpansionvesselwith1.0barpre-loadandmanometer, 3 bar primary circuit safety valve and 8 bar storage tank safety valve;

New range of wall-mounted, fan assisted sealed chamber boilers with 60 litre stainless steel storage tank available in three versions with nominal heat output of 24 kW, 28 kW and 32 kW. The production of hot water makes use of the initial storage tank and the continuous service, making maximum boiler power available to the domestic water. The ZEUS Superior kW series is an excellent solution in all installations that require the use of services at the same time. These boilers are also characterised by the high circulation available in the primary circuit (see graphics on page 4-5). The ZEUS Superior kW also distinguishes itself for the possibility of couplingtotheexclusiveSuperCARandtheexternalprobe(both optional) which allow to manage, control and program the boiler at a distance with extreme simplicity, optimising operation using climatic thermoregulation. The boilers are in fact type-approved also for installation outside of the building (with the aid of a relevant upper over kit) in a partially protected area(anti-freezeprotectionupto-5°C).

The “ZEUS Superior kW” series boilers are supplied with a three speed electric regulator. The circulation pump is already equipped with condenser.
