If a noun is feminine then any adjectives that describe it will also be feminine and vice versa.

• “Días” is a masculine word, therefore “Buenos” is used instead of “Buenas” when you want to say “Good Morning”. (Buenos Días)

• Is “tardes” a masculine or feminine word? How do you know?

• Would you say “Encantado” or “Encantada” if you wanted to say that you were delighted to meet someone?
