Maintenance
• Boat responsible– automatically notified of issues when put in the
log book– boat user is expected to play an active role in the
repair
Opportunity to learn
• Logistics – taking/picking up sails for repair• If there is a problem to signal it and sort it out
and take responsibility for dealing with it.• Boats get a high level of usage so normal
wear and tear occurs.
