Using ICT can have an impact on your health in many ways.
Your eyesight can suffer from using VDUs.
You can get backache from sitting incorrectly.
To protect your healthTo protect your healthMake sure you are sitting correctly.
Support your back.
Adjust your chair.
Rest your feet on the floor.
Place your screen at eye level.

EyesightEyesightThere is no legal limit.
However, the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) suggests its better to take shorter breaks more often than longer breaks less often.
There is no study to show a link between VDU use and damage to eyesight but you may feel your eyes are getting tired.
You have a right to a free eyesight test if you use a VDU a lot during work hours.
