and the reward is fresh money, certificate, flag.– SAVE! Paper result, the safest paper in office in per factory– The Best factory will get the stars and certificate. – The benefit of best factory will not be evaluated for 3
months of their 7S application

• Sustain 7S Reporting will be as the sustain monitoring by GASA and Compliance
• Every month, every division in factory will give report of their 7S application.
• The general check list of 7S will be provided by GASA in collaborated with compliance
• The 7S application will be part of the division KPI (7S application and 7S sustainability)
