Ex: food, language, and beliefs.
Cultural Hearth
The Place where elements of culture started.
Cultural Diffusion
The spreading of Culture from one Place to another.
Religion An organized system of beliefs, ceremonies, and rules used to worship a god or a group of gods
Monotheism A type of religion that believes in one god.
Ex. Christianity, Islam, and Judaism
Polytheism A type of religion that believes in many gods.
Ex. Buddhism and HInduism
Tradition A celebration from the past that people still practice today. Passed down through family generations.
Language Human communication that is written, spoken, or signed
Heritage Your family's background based on where your ancestors are from that influences your culture and traditions.
Ex. German ancestory.
Diversity The Understanding that each person is unique and recognizing everyone’s differences.
