Judith Winkler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at the intersection of communications, global health and education. In 2015, after many years working in global health, I shifted my focus back to communications, an area in which I had been very successful earlier. My technical communication skills include use of Wordpress (web content management), Lightroom (photo post-processing), InDesign (layout), web-based tools (social media and graphics) and MailChimp (e-newsletters). I use personal camera gear to meet photography needs. I am a skilled, collaborative co-author with proven ability to deliver results on projects that require development of new skills on the fly. For example in 2017-2018, I independently developed and applied skill in historical research, which was required for the project.
