People who live in Texas and have one of the following (permanent or temporary) disabilities:
Blindness Visual disability Physical disability Reading disability

How can individuals apply to BARD? 7
Applicant must have:
•Active membership of Talking Book Program
•Access to high speed internet
•Basic computer skills (downloading/extracting)
•A Storage device (i.e. flash-drive)

Press Ctrl+J to see progress of download

•Find the file (usually in Downloads folder)
•Right-click on file to get menu •Select Extract All
Click Browse
Select destination (your flash-drive)
Recommended: Make new folder in flash-drive for the file you are
unzipping
After creating folder, click OK
Click Extract
File will extract to flash-drive
You’re done!
