Description: This course aims to lay down the foundations and
theory of photography. Through critiques and slide presentations
students will become familiar with contemporary trends, basic
history of photography and become articulate about photographic
aesthetics. Equal emphasis is placed on learning technical
procedures, understanding photographic esthetics, and the
demonstrated ability to implement both in order to make good
photographs.
