Steps to Becoming a Part of the Founders Ridge Community
• Schedule appointment with me to discuss personal preferences and review apartment plans & pricing
• Select the apartment of your choice by making a $1,000 Reservation Deposit
• 25% of Entrance Deposit within 15 days of reserving– 4% annual return on 25% deposit (through construction
period), applied toward 1st month’s rent
Steps to Becoming a Part of the Founders Ridge Community
• Schedule an appointment to customize your home
• 75% of Entrance Deposit within 30 days of receiving Certificate of Occupancy from the City of Bloomington
