Oxford College of Education is situated 25 minutes away from London
by train and a 30-minute drive from Heathrow airport. The historic
towns of Oxford, Windsor and Bath are not too far and a day trip to the
south coast takes just over an hour. Heathrow airport is a 20-minute
drive from Uxbridge, and from this campus you can walk to the station
and travel to London using the Metropolitan Line, just 25 minutes to
Central London. We have dedicated advice and international teams
who are always available to help to ensure the on-going happiness,
safety and success of all our students.

Learners must achieve a minimum of 45 credits: 21 credits from the Mandatory Group and a
minimum of 14 credits from Optional Group A. A maximum of 10 credits can come from
Optional Group B and a maximum of 6 credits can come from Optional Group C.
Guided Learning Hours
These hours are made up of all real time contact time, guidance or supervision of a learner by a
lecturer, supervisor, tutor, trainer or other appropriate provider of education or training.

Introduction to the Qualification
The TQUK Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration (RQF) is regulated by Ofqual.
Qualification Purpose
The TQUK Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration (RQF) aims to develop and give
recognition of learners’ knowledge, understanding and competence of working relevant to
business administration roles. The qualification is suitable for learners working in a wide variety
of business administrative roles.
Entry Requirements
There are no specific entry requirements however learners should have a minimum of level one
in literacy and numeracy or equivalent.
The qualification is suitable for learners of 16 years of age and above.
Progression
Successful learners can progress to other qualifications such as:
TQUK Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration (RQF) (some credit transfer is possible) or to

Level 4 Extended Diploma in Management is a 120-credit of equal regulated qualification
and is the equivalent level to the first year of a bachelor’s degree.
This qualification has been designed for learners who are seeking to progress to higher
education to enter the second year of a bachelor’s degree in an area of management and
aims to develop learners understanding of management and to develop key management
skills. As well as the Extended Diploma option (120 credit) there is a Diploma option (60
credit) and a Certificate option (30 credit).

Travel and Tourism Management Qualifications have been developed for learners wishing to develop
the core knowledge and competencies required of a manager in the tourism industry, however there
is also the opportunity to gain specialist knowledge in areas such as Resort Management and Tour

Drone Pilots
The qualification objective is to provide a benefit to learners by preparing them to fulfil
the role of a commercial drone pilot. The qualification is designed specifically to align to
the COPTRZ COPSU programme of training and assessment. This programme is
approved by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) as a recognised programme which
enables successful learners to be recommended by COPTRZ for permission for
commercial operations.
The CAA has stipulated that learners should achieve a level of pilot competency before
they are eligible to act as a Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in charge of a Small Unmanned
Aircraft (SUA) for Visual Flight Rules (VFR)/Visual Line of Sight (VLOS) commercial
operations.
The critical elements are:
