Kids should do as much as possible of physical activities every day. Activities should be playful and, as often as possible, include exercises that will foster the good development and preservation of good physical condi-tion as well as the strenghtening of bones. In order to get kids to find fun in running, we have to regularly elaborate fun games where they will run on brief distances. To maintain the practice of physical activities and sports at teenage years, it will be important to focus on pleasure rather than early specialization.
