– How are you getting your audience on board from moment one
• Need– What is the issue – show the audience that the current situation is not
viable for the future
• Satisfaction– But it’s all ok – because you have a solution to this problem
• Visualisation– What is this wonderful world going to look like – what are the benefits
• Action– What can they do right now, today, tomorrow, a week from now
