All quoted prices are current at the time of printing and quotation however are subject to change based on market fluctuations. All prices shown are inclusive of GST.
Food & Beverage Service staff
Food service staff
The per person menu price is inclusive of food service staff from 5.00pm – 9.30pm (4.5-hour service period).
Beverage service staff
The per person menu price is exclusive of Supper Road beverage service staff.
Supper Rd service staff are available outside of the quoted hours from $49.50 per hour per staff.
Menus
The menu prices quoted are valid from 1st July 2019 to 30th June 2020.
The menu prices quoted are based on a minimum charge of 80 adult guests.
The menu listed are suggestions only and can be tailored to suit your individual requirements. Please be advised that we do not offer menu tastings, we rely upon our reputation alone! 😊
Menu items and product availability
Please note that all menu items and products are subject to availability and supply. If any of the menu items listed are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to substitute similar items at our discretion. We will inform you if this is the case.
Supper Rd accepts no liability for food items brought onto the premise by the client, we ask that the person/s handling this has their food safe certifications and own equipment such as gloves, serving platters, utensils etc. Please advise if an external supplier is being hired.
Dietary requirements
Supper Rd does cater for people with special dietary requirements, vegetarians, coeliac and lactose intolerant people etc, in some instances this may incur an additional charge.
Children’s meals
Children’s meals can be provided and are suitable for 2 to 12 year olds only. Available from $33.00 per child
Vendor meals
Supper RD can provide vendor meals (photographers, DJ’s, bands etc) at $44.00 per person
Public Holidays
If a function falls on a public holiday, there is an additional charge of 15% to the total bill. Please note that certain dates within the Easter, Christmas and New Year period may be subject to a surcharge.
Confirmation & Payment
We require a $1000.00 deposit and completed booking form to confirm your function. Full payment is to be no later than 5 working days prior to the function by EFT.
