Ask me the characteristics of fairy tales. I am reading fairy tales and identifying these characteristics.
Ask me about the Venn Diagram my class made as we compared the original Cinderella to the Egyptian Cinderella.
I am comparing and contrasting different versions of Cinderella using a Venn Diagram.
Ask me to retell the story Seeds of Fortune. What was the message in this book?
Ask me about the class town we built. Does my building produce a good, a service or both?

Math Workshop: Ask your child: I graphed my data from the marble roll experiment
on a line plot. Ask me what I learned about line plots! I wrote a question and surveyed my classmates. I
then took my data and placed it on a graph. Ask me what kind of graph I used to record my data. Ask me if my data was categorical data or numerical data.
I played a fun game where I rolled three dice and made a three-digit number. I then subtracted that number from 1,000! I used my landmark numbers and used mental math to solve these problems!
I learned how to add and subtract two and three digit numbers using the traditional algorithm.
