1. What are the different ways for customers and/or suppliers to contact you?
There are different ways of having customers contacting us. But we are already known in the Business world so we’re easy to be contact. We have facebook page, inkmanphilippines.com. And as far as I know, we have branches in Naga, Legzapi and Manila.
2. How often do you use a phone or cellphone for business? Estimate only.
Oh, Very often.
It’s 50% Cellphone use and 50% USB
3. Does your business/establishment have internet connection? If yes, what is its purpose? If no, would you consider having it in the future? Why or why not?
Yes, we do have wi-fi connection here and its purpose is for us, the employes, to send reports.
4. Does your business have a website? If yes, how does it help the company? If no, would you consider having one in the future? Why or why not?
As I have said earlier, we do have a page in facebook, and I know that the main branch already have a website. Having this helps our business in things like endorsing.
5. Would you consider giving free Wi-fi access in the future? If you already have it, does it help boost sales?
Uhm, no, I don’t think so. As far as I’m concerned we should only use Wi-fi for sending reports.
