Jehovah's Witnesses We rejoice to
know Jehovah and to be recognized
by him as individuals who respect
his name and obey his laws. Are we
not proud to be among the relative-

taken their stand on the side of the
God of love. Jesus said he made J

Hence, we have absolute confidence

words Jesus impressed upon his dis-

work. This would necessitate making
return visits on people to cultivate
their interest.
HOW IS T H I S DONE?
2 Some brothers have found it diffi-
cult to engage in this feature of the
preaching work. Sometimes it is be-
cause of uncertainty about the ap-
proach to use when calling back.
However, it is not that difficult. Usu-
ally it is best to start planning what
you will say on a return visit imme-
diately after you conclude your first
visit. Write down points that inter-
ested the householder. This will give
you a common ground on which to
build. Call back within a few days if
possible. If weeks go by, the house-
holder's interest may cool and will be
more difficult to
rekindle. Keep your
presentation simple, clear, and to the
point. Use the Bible to back up what
you say. Avoid controversial sub-
jects. Highlight the appealing as-
pects of the Kingdom message.
Your presentation should not
one-sided. Success often depends

I t takes time and careful study
for a person to become convinced of
the Bible's message about God's

reason we have the home Bible
study arrangement. This features a
comprehensive course of study cov-

publications. By conducting a home
Bible study regularly with the aid
of one of our study publications, the
majority of us can help sincere stu-

Jesus Christ was a master teach-

employ his methods. How did he
teach? He asked discerning ques-

25-36) Why did he do that ? To help
people to reason and examine them-
selves in the l ight of his teachings.
With his questions he tactfully
reached their hearts. Those he
taught had to show whether thev
of the preceding lesson may be a
