Sylvia Meléndez Klinger, a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer, created Hispanic Food Communications, a food communications and culinary consulting firm based in Hinsdale, Ill. She has worked extensively with lawmakers, regulators and other associations and she served as coordinator for the Alliance for Agricultural Growth and Competitiveness and as the ag section co-chair for Women In International Trade.
