Viewing Active Case Files
This is a PowerPoint presentation of about five minutes duration.
It will explain how to view your own active case files… or filter the active case files list by organization or user.
You may exit the presentation at any time simply by closing the Window.

Active Case Files List
By default, E-Class displays your active case files when you log on.
Using that same screen, you can also monitor the active case files for one or more organizations or “on the desks of” one or more HR Consultants.

Users can monitor the status of any active case without having to ask or phone for status updates.
