WARRANTIES & LIABILITIESTheEvac+Chairisguaranteedforfiveyearsagainstdefectivematerialandworkmanship.Thisdoesnotincludepartssubjecttowear,suchas ‘V’ belts, or damage caused by abuse or sabotage, and/or any other damage which has occurred due to a breaching of the guidelines contentedintheUserGuideorTrainingManual.ThisincludesgettingyourEvac+Chairservicedbya3rdpartycompany.‘V’beltsareadvisedtobe changed every 2 years on a basis of average use and practice.
Neitherthemanufacturernortheiragentsshallmakerecompenseforrepairscarriedoutbyoutsidecontractorsorbeliableforanydamage,eitherincidentalorconsequentialtopropertyorpersons.Ifyou,thecustomer,aredissatisfiedwiththeproductorserviceofthecompanywithin the terms of our warranty, please write or, stating reasons for compliant.

Operator Training Course
A 2.5 hour on-site training course that provides training for 2-4 members of staff in the safe use and operation of the Evac+Chair. On course completion, all delegates meeting the training standards are certified and deemed competent.
Key Trainer Masterclass Course
This 4 hours on-site training course for 2-4 members of staff that “trains the trainers” in the safe use of the Evac+Chair and provides guidelines and materials that enable successful trainees to undertake in-house training for other colleagues within their organisation.

SERVICE & MAINTENANCE HAVE YOU ARRANGED A SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE CONTRACT?
As a Class 1 Medical Device, your Evac+Chair should be regularly serviced and maintained to ensure its safe operation. This requirement is included within the PUWER Regulation. (Provision and Use of Works Equipment Regulations 1998 - UK only).
To help clients meet this legal requirement, Evac+Chair International offer a 12 month maintenance contract, which includes parts and labour as well as ensuring your Evac+Chairs are kept fully operational, meet legal obligations and are ready in the event of any emergencies.
