have your confirmation number. Your confirmation number is located on your hearing block receipt (see example 1)

HOMEVerify the information on the screen matches that of the hearing block you wish to modify. If the information matches, check the box in the
bottom left corner of the screen

Locate your hearing confirmation number on your confirmation receipt (see example 1). Type the confirmation number in the field provided and click submit.
