• Annually,theseprojectswillprovidelocallandownersandrancherswithmorethan$60millioninlandleasepayments.

• TheLoneStarStatehasnearly3timestheinstalledcapacityofanyotherstateandsupportsupto25,000jobsinwind.

• Texasledintotalinstallationsfortheyear(2,611MW);withmorethan2,447MWinnewconstructionannouncements,Texashosts52%ofcurrentconstructionactivity(5,401MW).

• Cumulatively,thestatehasattractedmorethan$38billiondollarsinprojectinvestment.Approximately70%ofthecurrentinstalledwindcapacityinTexasislocatedinlow-incomecounties(14,185MW),driving$25.2billioninprojectinvestmentandmorethan$40millioninannuallandleasepayments.
