2. Foreachvacancy,CongressmanHuizengaisablenominateuptotencandidatesforadmission.Oneofthesenomineeswillbeofferedanappointmenttofillthevacancybytheacademy.Theothernominees,assumingtheymeettheAcademy’sminimumrequirements,areplacedintoanationwidequalifiedcandidatepool.Atthatpoint,itislefttothediscretionoftheAcademytochoosecandidatestofilltheremainingslotsinitsincomingclass.
