The Team Stay Strong Organization was founded on June 15, 2013. We are in the be-
ginning stages of development. We were founded though the death of "Kelvin O'Brian Jones" at the age of 23. Kelvin decided to become a 100% organ donor 3 years ago. At the time of his death, we gave all organs, eyes, eardrums, skin, tissue, veins, arteries, & bones. Kelvin was an outstanding young man. He attended Danville Community College, in Danville Virginia. His major was Electronic Engineering. Team Stay Strong is an organization that will forever bring awareness to becoming an organ donor for the opportunity of giving life after death. We will have support groups for families as well as individuals that experience the death of loved ones. We will host events through out the year, to bring awareness to motorcycle safety during the peak of motorcycle season. Also, we will give scholarships toward indi-viduals who are enrolled in the Danville Community College engineering department. As we grow, and raise funds, it is our endeavor to expand our donations to young men and women that attend other colleges. We have a website that is under construction and the information is there where you can donate to the Piedmont Credit Union Danville, Virginia 366 Piney Forest Road Danville Virginia 24540. For more information about Team Stay Strong Organization, you can email Mrs. Nina Lewis at [email protected] or [email protected].
