Part 4: Triangle Congruency Congruent The same in SIZE and SHAPE.
How can you tell if two polygons are congruent?
1. They have the same side lengths and angles (measure sides and angles in both triangles to see if they are congruent).
2. Superimpose one triangle onto the other (use tracing paper to trace the first shape and lay it onto the second triangle to see if they match).
