Uniform ShopAppointments
Each new family is asked to contact Annette and Mardi at the College Uniform
Shop on 6630 0250 to make an appointment to purchase their daughter’s
uniform. All new parents must make an appointment.
Appointments allow for individual service so that the fitting of the uniform is a
pleasant experience. Each appointment may take approximately 30 - 45 minutes.
The College Shop will close on Friday 9 December 2016 at 4.00 pm. We will re-
open on Monday 9 January 2017 at 9.00 am.
All uniform items (including black shoes) are available at the College Uniform
Shop. Students may come and make a purchase without a parent. Care is taken
to fit the student correctly.
Returns
Garments may be returned / exchanged if they are complete with swing tags,
receipt and have not been worn, altered or laundered.
Payment
Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, Amex, EFTPOS, Cash

Personal Presentation
The uniform is a sign of identity with the College and should be worn with pride.
Each student is expected to be properly attired in full uniform, whilst at the
College, travelling to and from the College, and when representing the College
at external functions and events.
Students are expected to take pride in their personal appearance, to be neatly
attired and well groomed.
• The College blazer is always worn as the outer garment.
• Shirts are to be worn tucked in.
• Uniform dresses and skirts are to be knee length.
• Hair that is collar length or longer must be tied back and confined in one or
two ponytails.
• Hair that is obviously streaked, tinted or dyed, or is a colour not natural to
the student, is not acceptable.
• Extreme and untidy hairstyles are not permitted.
• Hair accessories are to be plain and to be the College colours of red, white or
bottle green.
• Coloured nail polish, fake nails and make-up are not permitted.

Jewellery
• Accessories are restricted to a wristwatch, a simple
ring, a christian symbol on a neck chain and an
approved silicone wrist band.
• Students may wear one small sleeper or small
stud in the bottom of the lobe of each ear.
• Sleepers – should be no larger than 12mm in diameter.
• Studs – 5mm diameter.
• Ring, necklaces and studs or sleepers are to be gold or silver and are not to
be embellished with gems, coloured or stone beads.
Stockings
In Terms 2 and 3 students are expected to wear opaque black tights. Student
Reception and the College Uniform Shop keeps a supply of stockings which can
be purchased throughout the day. If a students’ stockings are laddered or have
holes in them, the student will be asked to purchase a new pair. Keeping a spare
pair of stockings in the student’s bag is recommended.
Students in Years 5 & 6 may wear socks during Terms 2 & 3.
Casual Dress Days
On casual dress days, students are required to dress in accordance with the
College’s published standards in order to participate in the day’s program and
activities. The College’s expectations of such occasions are published in the daily
notices prior to the event.
Excursions
Students would normally be expected to wear their full school uniform on
excursions. However, should there be a need for students to wear the sports
uniform, they will be advised by the coordinating staff.

Special Purpose Camps
These involve students leaving on a school day for a camp, eg Music
Camp. Students are expected to wear normal uniform and change into
suitable casual clothes prior to going. Uniforms can be left at school.
Whole Year Camps
Students can come to school in specified clothing or suitable casual
clothes advised by coordinating staff.

Please note:
All clothes are to be clearly labeled with the student’s name and House on
them.
All bags are to have student’s names on them and a tag to make them easily
identifiable.
Students who do not follow the College Uniform Policy risk being given an
after school detention.
