Using Library Search to find Journals

• Type terms into search box.• On next page click Advanced

Search• Use drop-down menu in

Materials Type box to select Journals.

Searching for articles• Type subject/phrase into Search

box and, click tab Articles• On subsequent page select

appropriate subject area from drop-down menu [All Databases ]

• Put search term/s in inverted commas and click GO

• Resulting articles will be drawn from a collection of databases gathered together by subject.

Refining Search further:

• Click on Refine my results on left of screen to make search more specific.
