Ingredients
70 dkg beef3 big onion2 cloves of garlic400 ml meat broth4 spoons oil2 teaspoons red peppersmooth floursalt, pepper and caraway
„Moravský Vrabec“/Moravian Sparrow
• It´s one of the most typical Czech meals consisting of dumplings, pork roast, cabbage or spinach.
They are sweet dumplings stuffed with fresh fruit – usually plums.
• 750 g plum,• same number lump of sugar, • 700 g boiled floury potatoes,• pinch of salt,• 2 eggs,• 250 g flour.
It´s popular Czech sweet dish. People fill these potato dumplings with various fruit – strawberries, plums, apricots etc.
