CONDITIONS
?Hiring marketing services for the touristic rental market requires the
celebration of a contract to provide services on a non-exclusive basis, for a
period of 12 months.

• Insurance and local accommodation

LEGISLATION
1. Local accommodation registration and Home Activity
Provide temporary housing, services for remuneration, is considered local
accommodation, and it need to be register as such. The registration is made
through application to the Mayor of the area where the property is accompanied
by the following documents:
• Document proving the legitimacy of the applicant;
• Disclaimer, passed by a qualified technician, proving that the electrical, gas and
water-heating installations, meet the legal standards;
• Property plant that indicates which units of the accommodation affect the desired
activity;
• Urban land passbook.
In case of approval, the City Council shall register the local accommodation and may,
within 60 days after entry of application, perform an inspection to verify the
requirements compliance.?
2. Owning a complaints book
All service providers are required by law to hold a Complaints Book. To obtain it you
will be required some documents to submit the activity performed:
• Copy of the permit or declaration that the establishment is licensed;
• Copy of identification card.
It can be purchased at the following locations:

• Consumer General-Direction;
• Regulatory authorities and control bodies competent market professionals and
