The distribution schedule was developed to meet our mutual goal of maximizing mineral revenues

paid to individual Indian owners by the 1st distribution of the month. We will make every effort to

adhere to this schedule. However, if circumstances warrant a change, we will contact you as soon as

possible to coordinate revised dates. Please share this information with your staff and contractors, as

appropriate.
