Irmgard passed away peacefullywith her loving husband Philip“Phil” Hillmer by her side. Irmgardis also survived by her sons Gaertand Mart in(Shei la) , nephewRoger(Charlene) Houghton, 7grandsons including Keeley andBraeden, as well as severalnieces and nephews. I rmgard was born in EastPrussia. Her family owned a farmwhere she was raised. This iswhere she fell in love with farm lifeand would later become anaccountant and managed severalfarms in West Germany beforecoming to Canada in 1956. In 1955 Irmgard and Phil weremarried and lived on the farm inDel Bonita. Irmgard so loved farmlife in Del Bonita and all heranimals. She faithfully did herchores until the young age of 82. “God looked around his gardenand found an empty space, thenhe looked down upon this earthand saw your tired face; he put hisarms around you and lifted you torest, God’s garden must bebeautiful; He only takes the best” Goodbye Grandma, till we seeyou again. We love you! An open visitation and luncheonwil l be held at ST. JOHN'SLUTHERAN CHURCH, Magrathon Saturday, December 12, 2015starting at 12:30 P.M. WILLIAM "BILL" KING1944 - 2015

It is with great sadness, and manyfond and funny memories, that weannounce the passing of a great man,William (Bill) King, born in Lethbridgeon November 21, 1944. He was adevoted family man; his greatestpleasures in life were the peoplearound him. He was married, for 49years, to the love of his life and bestfriend Carol (Meheden) in 1966 andhad two children, Bil ly (CarolynStacey) King and Brenda (Brian)Hancock. He actively participated inhis kids’ lives including coachinghockey and baseball teams, andattending every important life event.His greatest joy came from watchinghis precious grandchildren, Andrea“My little sweetheart” Bertschi andDarin “My litt le buddy” Bertschi

growing up. He was so excited to welcome Brad Melchin to the family inthe upcoming marriage to Andrea, he loved the way this young mantreated his “sweetie”. Grandpa will be greatly missed at the wedding. Bill was an extremely hard worker; his loyalty and dedication were secondto none. His career crossed many paths until his love of people, and hispassion for cars, came together in his dream job at Murray Chevrolet.Even after his arthritis forced him into early retirement he continued todrive vehicles all over Western Canada. Some of his fondest memoriesand funniest stories involved his driving buddies. His sense of humor lit upthe room wherever he went. His quick wit caught even the best of us offguard. He was the kind of man you met once and called a friend for life. 30 plus years ago Bill was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, throughoutit all he never complained about the pain, he always pushed throughwhere most people couldn’t; he was nothing short of our hero who neverlet the disease stop him from attending his grandsons’ hockey game orgolf tournament and watching his granddaughter dance or perform inschool productions. He loved attending Hurricanes hockey games (hatedwhen they lost) and he and Carol were season ticket holders for manyyears, he took great pride in watching his team and was extremely excitedto see the team play so well this year. He is fondly remembered by his wife Carol (Meheden), his children Billy(Carolyn Stacey) King, Brenda (Brian) Hancock; grandchildren Andrea(Brad Melchin) Bertschi and Darin Bertschi; sisters Barbara Credico andMarjorie (Hubert) Overes; brother Ron (Audrey) King; brother in law TonyVirginillo; mother in law Stena Meheden; sister in law Joyce (Don) Ober;brother in law Rob (Cheryl) Meheden, as well as numerous nieces,nephews and their families. Bill was predeceased by his Father and Mother, William and ElizabethKing; sister Jean Virginillo; brother in law Mike Credico, and father in lawMichael Meheden.Bill will be sadly missed by his family, Friday coffee group, his coffeebuddies all over town, his friends at the Casino and the Flamingo, theHurricanes fans, his driving buddies and anyone who was lucky enough tocall him a friend. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, December 11, 2015 at11:00am at the MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 4 StreetSouth, Lethbridge, Alberta, with Reverend Glenda Wert, officiating. Anne Mary Dickout of Lethbridge,beloved wife of the late Mr. StuartDickout, passed away peacefully atExtendicare Fai rmont Park onSunday, December 6, 2015 at the ageof 91 years. Anne was born on August 20, 1924in Puspoki, Kerestes, Hungary. Shewas the first child of Andrew andEmerencz Kish. In 1930, Mom, alongwith her parents and brother Andy,immig ra ted t o Canada . Momgraduated from Normal School andbecame a teacher. She taught atmany schools and enriched the livesof many of her students. She met thelove of her life, Stuart Dickout, at achurch social in Picture Butte. Theywere married in 1953. The births ofRandy, Joy & Gloria completed this

happy family. Our family moved around to various towns and cities, butwherever we roamed, Enchant always felt like home. Mom and Dadbought the General Store and planted deep roots within this community. In2000, Mom and Dad retired to Lethbridge. In 2013, they moved to AlbertaRose Lodge, and after Dad’s passing in January 2015, mom moved toExtendicare Fairmont Park to live out the last months of her life. Anne is survived by her son Randy; her two daughters Joy Gillard and hersons Cole and Cody, and Gloria (Norm) Elaschuk and their daughterAnndie; sister Veronica Forbes; sisters-in-law Lorraine Kish, Marilyn Kishand Janet Dickout, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides her loving husband Stuart, Ann was predeceased by her parentsAndrew and Emerencz Kish; brothers Andy Kish and John Kish; brothersand sisters-in-law Elmer & Bernice Dickout, Clarence Dickout and AudreyHadford.
