When Can I become a Member of the Resource Directory?
• Your Agency can apply for membership today. (Public)
• Each staff member can become a private member today.
Universal Access
• For general users the site can be used to:– Search for services by state, city, county, or
zip code– Search by service name or service type– Service provider information– Map to service providers
Why Public or Private?
PUBLIC
Your Agency should be visible to everyone Along with available services.

PRIVATE
Your name should not be accessible to the general public.
Members can do referrals to other agencies. Your personal information is not visible to the
public. Other members can link your employees to your
agency.

Agree with the following conditions…
Chose Private for individual member, then: First nameLast name

Next to last name put agency and program
Choose Public if you are enrolling your agency or organization, then:

Hours of operationOther Agency Info
Submit your membership
Wait 3 – 7 days for an email that will give you your user ID and Password after approval.
Upon receipt of ID and Password
Sign in and change password
Then Browse!!
