The source of destruction in jungles are humans. Humans need trees to make money, clothes, paper and other things.
The Effect
The effect is that jungle forests, savannas and tundra's are being destroyed and are turning into dry deserts. Global warming, that comes from pollution makes less rain in the jungle.
