350 grams Tinned Green Lentils (drained)
230 grams Tinned Pineapple Chunks (drained)

M E T H O D• Add the meat to a bowl and coat with the
DS bond.• Add the lentils, pineapple and sauce and
mix well.
INGREDIENTS 800 grams Chickpeas (drained)
350 grams Tinned Green Lentils (drained)
300 grams Jalfrezi Sauce
50 grams Red Onion (diced)

METHOD• Place the chickpeas and lentils in
a mixing bowl and coat with the DS bond.
• Add the sauce and mix well.• Garnish with red onion.

METHOD• Coat the mushrooms with DS bond.• Blend the two sauces together at a
rate of 50/50.• Add to the mushrooms and mix well.• Garnish with the spice mix.

red & green peppers, cauliflower, onions, broccoli, aubergine & green beans)
500 grams Korma Sauce
DS Bond
Desiccated Coconut (retain some for garnish)
METHOD• Coat the vegetables with DS bond.• Add the sauce and coconut to the
vegetables and mix well.• Garnish with the remaining coconut.

peppers, cauliflower, red onions, courgettes and cherry tomatoes)
500 grams Rogan Josh Sauce

Fresh Coriander (retain some for garnish)
METHOD• Coat the vegetables with DS bond.• Add the sauce and coriander to the
vegetables and mix well.• Garnish with halved cherry tomatoes
and the remaining coriander.

380 grams Tinned Spinach (drained)
120 grams Red Onion (diced)
