The Global Young Leaders Conference is a unique leadership development program that brings together outstanding young people from around the world to build critical leadership skills in a global context.
GYLC offers students the opportunity to learn from and exchange ideas with some of the world's top business leaders, policy officials, lobbyists, journalists, diplomats and academics in the challenging and dynamic environments of Washington, D.C. and New York City; or Beijing, Hangzhou and Shanghai.

GYLC gives high-achieving students aged 15-18 a greater understanding of their roles as global ambassadors while analyzing concepts surrounding : -communications, -diplomacy -law & human rights, -peace & security - economics - role of the United Nations.
Gain a greater understanding of their roles/responsibilities as citizens and future leaders in an international community.
Each session educates, inspires and motivates students by giving them the opportunity to explore cultural differences firsthand, challenge diplomatic skills daily, build confidence and enhance decision-making skills in an exciting atmosphere that is challenging and fun.

For U.S. students, tuition for the 13-day conference in China is $7,002 each and includes airfare to China from Los Angeles , housing, program materials, breakfasts, dinners and private motor coach transportation within and between Beijing, Hangzhou, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
